Prof. Mircea Malitza
Is the Founding President of the Black Sea University Foundation, an active member of its Conflict Prevention Studies Center and a member of the Romanian Academy and of the Club of Rome, for which he co-authored the 1979 report "No Limits to Learning". He has written on diplomacy, negotiations, and mathematical models for international relations, and recently lectured at several universities on conflict resolution. His most recent book is Ten Thousand Cultures, One Single Civilization: Toward Geomodernity of the XXI Century (1998).
