The BSUF activity tries to respond to urgent needs insufficiently covered by the response of the institutions and official programmes of the region. Its objectives are to strengthen the civil society and the academic community, to support the efforts of all the Black Sea zone and Sout-East Europe countries to solve the most pressing problems:
conflict prevention and early warning
institutions and governance improvement
IT and learning
mentality change regarding modernization
tolerance and the capacity to work in joint projects, good neighbourliness and regional partnership
Training young people in this spirit is a reliable method to achieve these
objectives.
