provide an opportunity for the intellectual community in the region
(from Romania in particular) to become involved in the exchange of
ideas and to express their views and preoccupations on current issues,
specifically the implications of globalization, advancement of science,
regional integration, progress of civilization under the conditions
of cultural diversity.
The 9
issues published so far have presented:

creative blending of contributions from our region and from throughout
the world

of a high quality level, which won the reviewers' qualification
as a "quarterly of excellence" journal

pertinent
topics treated by acknowledged authors

attractive format, hosting a choice of artistic and graphic works

Millennium III has acquired:
- many
proficient collaborators, dedicated contributors and friends

status of one of the most important learned journals in our region

Club of Rome's appreciation and the perspective of a future possible

Prospects:
- to conduct
special topics and to develop them into virtual debate meetings while
running a permanent program similar to an open forum
- to call
for the participation of international outstanding personalities in
the general dialogue over important present day issues
- to gain
access to the comprehensive cycle of debates held by international
and academic organizations
- to set
forth a laboratory of suggestions and ideas for the documentation
of decision making processes
- to look
for solutions to pressing problems (such as conflict prevention, science
and development policies and encouraging cultural diversity)
